Not as good of a week this week not awful in retrospect but hard to rival week 16. I had the usual perfect on the strength sessions but lacking on the run sessions, now only slightly though so I’m not overly concerned. I was able to get my Thursday and Sunday runs done, missed Tuesday but with the weather being nicer this week I was able to get out and walk or play with the kids so it balanced out just not in a strict by the book way. Nutrition has been on point this week even with a relaxed day with some cheats going to see Infinity War (it’s so amazing) so I want to keep that as dialed in with less than two weeks to go now.
Excited for this week being my last all out week so I plan on really pushing hard, as next week there is only a couple of hard days with it being a taper week before racing next Saturday. Can’t believe how quick that crept up, it’s going to be a great day at X Warrior
Workout song of the week is the song that hit right when I wanted to quit my Thursday run early, No Way Back by The Foo Fighters. One of my all-time favorites and the lyrics gave me an extra push to finish the last 2k.
